Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure Jira projects, workflows, and permissions

Provide support and training to users on Jira functionalities

Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role

Strong understanding of Jira software and its features

Experience with Agile methodologies

Familiarity with scripting and automation in Jira

Relevant certifications in Jira administration are a plus
