Compensation Range : $250K – $370K

A leading global firm is seeking a mid–senior level Finance Associate with strong experience representing lenders and / or borrowers in complex finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience at a top-tier peer firm and a background supporting :

  • 4–8+ years of sophisticated finance experience
  • Background from an AmLaw, elite boutique, or peer-level firm
  • Strong drafting, deal management, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to run transactions independently with limited supervision
  • Interest in working with major financial institutions and sponsor clients
