As a Cafe Server it will be your responsibility to tailor the Cafe experience to each guest providing food and beverage services in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in a superior level of guest satisfaction.

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee's largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space. At the Hilton Milwaukee, we pride ourselves on continuous innovation through our approach to world-class service, upscale amenities, and superior style.

What will you be doing?

• Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
• Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments.
• Maintain self-banking procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
