Account Specialist Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Specialist to join our team in Carmel, Indiana, within the financial services sector. This long-term contract opportunity involves managing various recovery operations and supporting the department's goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate responsiveness while handling day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Recovery Manager and Director in coordinating work activities within the department.
- Review and analyze settled files to determine assignment distribution for recovery staff.
- Facilitate legal referrals and collaborate with the Allied Legal department to address recovery-related issues.
- Oversee salvage processes, including managing assignments, handling title document requests, and approving bids.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support department goals.
Requirements :
