Key Responsibilities
Design and implement incentive compensation plans and quota management processes
Conduct quantitative analysis and modeling to assess compensation program performance
Manage communication plans and training content for sales teams regarding compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years of relevant experience
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
5+ years of experience in a large or highly matrixed organization, preferably in technology
3+ years of project or program leadership experience
5+ years of experience with data modeling or statistical forecasting using relevant software packages
