Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

• What You'll Do
• Support the Operations Team with a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly.
• Serve as the office's main resource-helping colleagues and leading by example.
• Assist with process improvements and workflow initiatives to make operations more efficient.
• Verify documentation, complete insurance checks, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
• Learn and grow with us by developing a strong understanding of our products, services, and systems.
• What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans is a plus.
• Experience with Epic and administrative support tasks.
• A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a changing environment.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
