We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a service-oriented environment. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a strong focus on accuracy in data entry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
• Accurately process orders and update information through heavy data entry tasks.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet service standards.
• Handle weekend and holiday shifts with reliability and commitment.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor while managing high call volumes.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in data entry tasks.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using customer service software or related tools.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic to consistently meet job requirements.
