Position

The Vendor Management Analyst will support the Vendor Management team members across the full life cycle of vendor activities, including planning, due diligence, contract reviews, ongoing monitoring, business continuity planning, and terminations. The Vendor Management Analyst will play a key role in managing the vendor database and will help drive the automation of processes and reporting to support the Vendor Management function.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Vendor Management team in working with internal business stakeholders on defining vendor requirements and the negotiation of contracts. Will be responsible for contract administration of standard contracts, including assisting with NDAs, SOWs, terminations, etc.
• Assists with coordinating the review of vendor agreements with applicable internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance, risk management, and technology.
• Coordinates with vendors to secure necessary due diligence documentation for on-boarding review / approval.
• Manages the vendor database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and fully accurate, and produces required vendor reporting.
• Updates critical vendor annual reviews and develop monthly vendor category presentations that support the TPRM governance activities.
• Works with accounts payable and vendor owners to on-board new vendors onto the firm's accounts payable system as well as assist with invoice reconciliation, as needed.
• Provides project management skills across necessary Vendor Management activities such as managing vendor incident responses, audit deliverables, and other key projects, as necessary.
• Owns the Vendor Management system as a key job responsibility keeping track of system issues, necessary enhancements, and optimizing the system for the team's use.

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
