This leadership role encompasses oversight of undergraduate admissions, student affairs programming, and personnel management within the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as representative of the School of Dentistry at local, regional, and national recruitment events.
Key responsibilities include:
•Coordinating the admissions process for all undergraduate programs
• Managing student affairs activities and initiatives
• Supervising staff within the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs
• Representing the School of Dentistry at local, regional, and national recruitment events
• Leading and coordinating the Student Affairs Committee, which addresses student conduct and professionalism
• Serving as an ex-officio member on committees at the Dean’s discretion
• Participating in high-level administrative committees to support and advance the school’s strategic plan
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with senior university officials, faculty, staff, and students, and operate in compliance with state and university policies and procedures.
