Machine Operator

Essential Duties Operate various production machines will learning to set-up and troubleshoot each, including :

• grinders, beltsanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc.   Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently.  Move parts bins on and off pallets.
• Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools.  Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work.  Accurately record production into computer.
• Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
• Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping.
• Very reliable and punctual work attendance.
• Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent plus hands-on mechanical aptitude and skills.  Experience in manufacturing ideal but any mechanically related experience with basic math skills may qualify.
• Must be able to understand spoken and written English well; bilingual Spanish ideal.
