Sheet Metal Journeyman Opportunity

Aerotek is hiring a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to install ductwork systems in commercial and industrial environments. This role requires precision fabrication, assembly, and installation of duct systems while ensuring compliance with mechanical plans and specifications. Pay : $34-$36 / hour.

Responsibilities :

• Fabricate, assemble, and install duct systems for HVAC applications.
• Layout runs, hangers, and terminations according to project drawings.
• Work with galvanized, stainless steel, and other sheet metals; cut, bend, and join materials using appropriate tools.
• Read and interpret prints, shop drawings, and mechanical plans to ensure accurate installation.

Work at industrial / commercial job sites across Delaware. The schedule is MondayFriday with 8-hour shifts, and overtime / weekends as needed. The projects include commercial / industrial new construction and renovation.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
