• Audit payroll data in Excel to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Address union-related payroll inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Implement and maintain full-cycle payroll procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align payroll functions with organizational policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of payroll records to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis for management on payroll activities and trends.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience handling payroll for over 500 employees.
• Strong analytical skills for auditing and data verification.
• Ability to effectively manage union-related payroll matters.
• Knowledge of applicable tax laws and labor regulations.
