What You'll Do

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional manner at the front desk of a technology-focused location.

Monitor access control systems and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry to the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site contacts regarding security-related concerns and incidents.

Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related events as required by site policies.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter disruptions at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
