Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner—online, over the phone, and in person

• Learn each customer’s needs and help match them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle

• Lead customers through the sales process including test drives, product presentations, and financing options

• Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships

• Collaborate with teammates and management to meet and exceed monthly goals

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required—training provided

• Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and comfortable engaging with people

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
