Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist, Valuation & Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development of proposals and related materials for the Infrastructure and Right-of-Way practice

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and verify key content and ensure compliance with submission requirements

Support internal proposal intake processes and track proposal activity using project management tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, writing, or design within a relevant environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design tools

Experience formatting documents and creating visual layouts that enhance readability

Familiarity with real estate appraisal, infrastructure, or public-sector project delivery preferred
