Job Summary :

The qualified candidate should have hands-on experience with Digital / Analog power electronics circuits. He / She should be able to contribute to both existing legacy circuits, and to the design and development of the state-of-the-art Power Conversion Systems. The product line particularly consists of on-line Double Conversion Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and the related support circuitry. Candidates will be involved in every part of the development cycle from conceptual design to the implementation, testing, qualification, and on-time delivery. Candidates must be able to commute to offices in Irvine, CA and Orange, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the legacy products and contribute to the new R&D projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop system level testing and validation.
• Combine legacy boards and products with the newly designed systems to realize a new operating product.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of circuits and boards failures.
• Analyze components stress, requirements, and select the appropriate parts.
• Perform full product lifecycle which includes : initial design, design verification, qualification, initial production, and integration.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
