We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated JIRA Developer / Architect to design, build, and configure applications that optimize business processes and meet application requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA, and will play a key role in strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products tailored to customer needs.
  • Act as SME for Atlassian tools, especially JIRA, JSM, JWM, and Confluence.
  • Build, customize, and support JIRA workflows and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules.
  • Develop customized dashboards for JIRA to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of hands?on experience with the Atlassian suite of tools.
  • Deep expertise in JIRA administration, customization, automation, and integration with enterprise tools.
  • Strong understanding of API usage and Agile Software Development methodologies.

    • Preferred Experience

  • At least 3 years of software development experience using Java and web-based technologies such as XML and JSON.

    • Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
