Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Baltimore, MD (Full-Time, Hospital-Employed)

Base Salary

$505,000 +

$50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia required

Certifications

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Regional anesthesia skills required (due to close collaboration with International Center for Limb Lengthening)

Schedule & Call :

Pediatric at-home call : 7 days per 28-day cycle

Pediatric call-in rate : 5-10%

Adult 1st and 2nd call

Negotiable

Optional additional call

$250 / hour

Practice Details :

Team : 25 FT anesthesiologists, 12 PT anesthesiologists, 75 CRNAs, 11 anesthesia techs

CRNAs always practice under anesthesiologist medical direction

Not a partnership track, director role, or fee-for-service model

Hospital-employed salaried position

Full-service non-profit acute care teaching hospital

Level II Trauma Center

401-500 licensed beds; >

20,000 surgical cases / year

Home to multiple residency programs (no anesthesiology residency)

Located near Pimlico Racetrack , home of the Preakness Stakes
