As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations within a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the healthcare location.
- Support emergency response activities such as evacuations or medical emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate written reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
