Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute InfoSend’s long‑term technology roadmap, aligning innovation and investment with corporate growth objectives
- Lead modernization initiatives across data processing, print and mail production systems, and digital delivery platforms
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and client integration capabilities
- Serve as the principal technology advisor to executive leadership and provide strategic guidance on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product evolution
- Represent InfoSend’s technology vision in client discussions, audits, and industry engagements
- Direct all software and programming functions supporting client implementations, data processing, and system integrations
- Oversee development standards, architecture, and secure coding practices to ensure performance and maintainability
- Partner with the Programming Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver new solutions, enhancements, and custom integrations that meet client needs
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement to accelerate deployment cycles and strengthen delivery quality
- Promote InfoSend’s cybersecurity and data‑protection initiatives, fostering a security‑first culture across all teams
- Oversee the architecture, maintenance, and scalability of InfoSend’s enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises environments
- Ensure maximum uptime, security, and disaster‑recovery readiness for all production systems
- Lead InfoSend’s cybersecurity and compliance programs, maintaining adherence to SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI‑DSS standards
- Manage technology audits, risk assessments, and data‑protection initiatives to safeguard client information and proprietary assets
- Oversee IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic technology partnerships
- Lead a multi‑disciplinary technology organization of 20+ professionals
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing technology organization spanning infrastructure, programming, cybersecurity, and DevOps disciplines
- Foster collaboration between technical and client‑facing departments to ensure unified execution and communication
- Define performance metrics, service levels, and accountability frameworks that promote excellence and transparency
- Partner with HR and the executive team to plan staffing, succession, and professional development for technology personnel
- Collaborate closely with the President and other executives to align technology strategy with business, financial, and operational priorities
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk‑management activities
- Engage with clients and partners to present InfoSend’s technology capabilities, support audits, and contribute to RFP and compliance documentation
- Represent InfoSend at conferences, industry panels, and client meetings as a thought leader in secure communications technology
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing infrastructure and software developmentProven success managing enterprise‑scale environments in highly regulated or data‑centric industriesExpertise in Microsoft and Linux infrastructure and server virtualizationIn‑depth knowledge of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, cybersecurity, and data‑protection frameworksStrong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skillsEmployment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screeningPreferred Attributes
