We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location.

In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will have the following responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements
\n
• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes
\n
• Raw material handling and preparation of batch mixtures
\n
• Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality
\n
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements
\n
• Maintain records such as product inspection & process monitoring logs
\n

Requirements:

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent
\n
• Strong, consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
\n
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical repairs, or other hands-on roles preferred
\n
• Experience working with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus
\n
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and maintain dependable attendance
\n
• General knowledge of Windows PC environment
\n
• Basic mechanical skills
\n
• Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspections
\n
• Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures
\n
• Able to work an evening shift
\n

Work Hours and Pay:

• Starting Pay: $25.78 per hour

\n
12-hour fixed shift (2-3-2 schedule rotation - 36/48-hour workweeks)
Positions are assigned to either day shift or night shift at hire and do not rotate between shifts.

• Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
\n
• Night shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
  New hires must be available to work a day shift for 1-3 months during training, after which they will move to their assigned permanent shift if hired for nights.
