Key Responsibilities

Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent

Two years of experience in a call center-related role

Proven work experience in a customer service role

Relevant training in call center or contact center environments

Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
