The General Manager is the Front and Back of the House teams leader and has full business responsibility for a QSR restaurant. S / he represents the brand and business within the community and builds and internally develops his / her team comprising of AGM Shift Supervisors and restaurant team members covering BOH and FOH responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creates a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute ourMission Statement
Follows and maintains food safety HACCP process
Daily communication with upper management
Monitoring quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
Washlarge restaurant pots and pans
Emptying trashbins in dumpster
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus).Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.Great problem solving and priority settingskills
