Location : Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x / week

Contract Length : 6 months (intent to extend / convert to FTE)

Rate : $57-63 / hr

Interview Process : 30-minute MS Teams interview

Top Requirements :

• 6+ years of process engineering, automation, or workforce analytics experience
• Experience translating observed workflows into SOPs or automation-ready requirements
• Strong delivery execution and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience working across technical and business teams
