Salary : $236K $241K + retention bonus + annual raises

Up to $100K loan repayment

Monday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Saturday (1st & 3rd) : 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM (optional)

️ Requirements :

MD or DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine

Licensed / eligible in Indiana & Board Certified / Eligible

DEA license or ability to obtain
