We are seeking a dynamic problem solver to lead our systems transformation initiative and uplevel Finance team productivity through systems and process improvements. This is not a typical admin role—it is a strategic position where the successful candidate will architect solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and inter-department collaboration. This role includes ownership of our NetSuite infrastructure, leading a major consolidation project that involves intercompany system integration, and modernizing our reporting / analytics capabilities while empowering the accounting team to achieve more with less.
This position offers significant creative latitude and visible impact for a go-getter who thrives on understanding the big picture context in order to untangle complex systems challenges and design elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Consolidation
- Serve as primary administrator for two NetSuite instances, managing configurations, customizations, user access, and system health
- Lead the strategic consolidation of both instances into a unified platform
- Design and execute the consolidation roadmap, including data migration, process harmonization with other departments, and change management
- Ensure zero business disruption during the transition while capturing efficiency gains
Analytics & Business Intelligence Modernization
Migrate our existing Power BI systems to Microsoft Fabric, enhancing automation, scalability and capabilitiesDesign data models and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insightsPartner with stakeholders to identify and build analytics that drive better decision-makingAccounting Systems Optimization
Collaborate with the accounting team to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automationImplement tools, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work and increase accuracyCreate documentation and training to ensure sustainable adoption of new systemsStrategic Problem Solving

Required
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including customizations, Suite Script, workflows, and integrationsProven track record managing complex systems projects from conception to completionStrong experience with Power BI and Microsoft FabricSystems thinking mindset with ability to see both technical details and big-picture business impactExceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and creative solutionsExcellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesDesired
