Position Summary:
The Senior Construction Manager is the designated “Lead” Construction Manager Onsite, with job-specific management oversight of other company field Operations staff. As such, the Sr. Construction Manager is to provide the overall construction management of the projects, including, but not limited to, site logistics planning, land development, vertical construction and related budgets.

As such, the Sr. Construction Manager is to provide the overall construction management of the projects, including, but not limited to, site logistics planning, land development, vertical construction and related budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years as a residential Construction Superintendent or Project Manager with a strong emphasis on land development and multi-family construction experience.
- College education in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, and/or the equivalent field experience.
- Purchasing and/or estimating experience.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local and Uniform Building Codes.
- On-site & Off-site development construction experience.
- Strong commitment to the customer service culture of the company.
- Able to demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of interpreting construction drawings.
- Able to demonstrate management skills.

- Ability to work in a true team environment.
- Strong problem solving ability, and leadership skills.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
