Restaurant Server

Position Summary

At Fratelli’s Italian Steakhouse, our Servers are the heart of the guest experience. They provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine service that reflects our commitment to warm Italian hospitality and fine dining excellence. Servers ensure each guest enjoys an unforgettable meal through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a passion for food and wine.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing menus and an overview of the dining experience.

• Present menu items with detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

• Offer recommendations on wine pairings, cocktails, and signature dishes.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.

• Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Serve food and beverages following Fratelli’s standards for presentation and timing.

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive resolution.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service stations.

• Assist teammates and support restaurant operations as needed.

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol service.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

• Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of trays and dishes.
