A company is looking for a Manager - Self-Pay Resolution (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the integration and performance of hospital and professional customer service departments
Oversee staff schedules, performance, and training for Customer Resolution Specialists and Financial Assistance Specialists
Design and implement performance improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of related customer service management experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
Business / Health Administration background and experience
Familiarity with hospital policies, practices, HIPAA regulations, and patient registration processes
Demonstrated project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
