We are seeking an Estimator who will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from small renovations to large commercial construction projects. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with experience in estimating, cost analysis, and project management to join a top construction company.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Develop project cost estimates based on project blueprints, specifications, and scope of work
• Analyze, interpret and calculate all direct and indirect costs related to the project
• Identify and anticipate project risks and profitability opportunities
• Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure estimates reflect project scope accurately
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders throughout the estimating process

Estimator Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze project plans and drawings to identify potential construction issues
• Review and analyze project specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Conduct and/or participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings
• Create and maintain detailed cost estimates for each project
• Prepare bid packages, including detailed cost breakdowns and supporting documentation

Estimator Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Familiarity with construction software such as On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience.
