[job_card.job_description]Caring for seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic conditions in their homes. Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and maintaining hygiene. Supporting ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Monitoring vital signs, documenting health changes, and assisting in medication management. Collaborating with a team of health professionals to follow care plans effectively. Observing patients and reporting any issues requiring changes in care or treatment. High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado. BLS for Healthcare Providers / CPR certification (demonstration course required). Compassionate, communicative, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience. Successful passing of a background check and drug test (testing for THC is mandatory). No Covid Vaccination Required.
Home Health Care Assistant
Status : Full Time or Part-Time (Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)
Hourly Rates : $20-$22 per hour, plus travel time and mileage compensation
