Jefferson Community Health & Life (JCH&L) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-centered, team-oriented organization in Fairbury, Nebraska. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in outpatient, inpatient and emergency services, while enjoying the benefits of practicing in a close-knit rural community.

• IMMEDIATE NEED
• JCH&L is also seeking PRN physicians to help cover call in our Emergency Room. This position will also round on in-patients (3-5 census).

JCH&L is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital with a Rural Health Clinic, offering a wide range of services including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency, surgery, diagnostics, therapy, long-term care, and home health. Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency

Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine (ABFM)

Active Nebraska medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
