TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105!

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 2 years of prior Telemetry experience required (must have 2 years experience in a large, urban hospital).

License : Nebraska RN License required (must be obtained prior to start).

Certifications : BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Must-Have :

• 2 years of prior Telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience
• Availability to float within scope to meet facility needs

Description :

Looking for flexible and innovation-minded clinicians.

Seeking candidates for an inpatient care unit focused on designing, testing, and validating new models of care and innovative technology.

The primary patient population consists of adult medical-surgical patients.

The unit practices a primary nursing care model with 1 RN assigned to a group of patients.

Nurse to patient ratios are 1 : 4-5 during the day and 1 : 5-6 at night.

Current projects include virtual nursing, virtual sitter, ambient monitoring, and an interactive patient experience platform.

Facility design variations are a key focus, including modular interior walls and zero entry showers.

Must be comfortable floating to meet unit needs.

Work expectations include 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period.

Holiday requirements must be met, working 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Candidates should be aware of a strict nicotine-free policy.

This position requires strong adaptability and a willingness to support a collaborative environment among interdisciplinary teams.
