Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized Purchase Inventory Coordinator with expertise in beauty and Hair products to manage and coordinate inventory purchasing processes. This role involves sourcing products, maintaining optimal stock levels, tracking supplier performance, and utilizing Excel for purchase planning, tracking, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the beauty industry, product trends, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the purchase and replenishment of beauty products based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and track purchase orders , deliveries, and lead times.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts and ensure timely product availability.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze inventory and purchasing reports (including formulas, PivotTables, and dashboards).
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and product teams to align inventory with current promotions, launches, and demand trends.
• Maintain accurate product and vendor records, including costs, SKUs, and product descriptions.
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives by tracking and optimizing purchasing costs.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Coordinate return-to-vendor processes and manage defective or obsolete products.
