The Role
Asthe AccountCoordinator,youwillserve asthesecondarypointofcontactand occasionally the primaryforcorporate groups,teams,and clients, managing all aspects of their hotelaccommodationsfrom start to finish. Youwillassistthe Account Manager withsourcingand negotiatinghotel contracts that align with client needs and budgets, present tailored recommendations, and oversee every detail of the rooming list process to ensure accuracy anda seamlessguestexperience. Partneringcloselywithhotelsandvendors,youllconfirmreservations,specialrequests, and billing arrangements, and manage on-site or remote execution as needed.
EssentialJobDuties&Functions
- Serveasthesecondarypointofcontactforassignedcorporategroups,teams,andclientsregardinghotelaccommodations may serve as the primary on select occasions
- Assistwith sourcing,evaluating,andnegotiatinghotelcontractstomeetclientrequirementsandbudget guidelines
- Presenthoteloptionsandrecommendationstoclients,ensuringalignmentwithgrouppreferences
- Manageallroominglistdetails,includingcollection,auditing,andupdatesthroughouttheplanningprocess
- Partnercloselywithhotelsandvendorstoconrmaccuracyofreservations,specialrequests, andbillingarrangements
- Overseeon-siteorremoteroominglistexecutionasneeded,ensuringasmoothguest experience
- Conductpost eventreconciliation,includingreviewinginvoices,conrmingaccuracy,andresolvingdiscrepancies
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithhotelpartnerstomaximizevalueforbothclients
andthecompany
- Supportthe Account Manager in drivingbusinessdevelopment
BasicQualifications
- Bachelorsdegreeinarelatedeld;emphasisinsportsmanagement,hospitalityorevent
planningpreferred - 1-3yearsexperienceinaccountmanagement with the ability toestablishproductive, professional relationships with both current and prospective clients
- Customer service experience recommended
- Hotel knowledge is a plus deep knowledge of hotel brand portfolios, service levels, and quality expectations across the hospitality industry
- ProcientwithGoogleapplications,MSOcesuite,andeventmanagementprogramsandCRM software, such as ARN, ZOHO, and Salesforce
- Abilitytomaketimelyandsounddecisionsaectingclient,attendee,orhotelexperience
- Abilitytoeectivelypresentinformationtoclients,hotels,andcompanysta
