Lead and manage the operations of the emergency department. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, education, and professional development. Advocate for the needs and wellbeing of both patients and staff.
