Wed 02 : 45 PM - 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Respond calmly and with problem-solving skills to incidents and critical situations that arise at the location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter theft and / or disturbances within the retail environment.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Document and report any incidents, observations, and / or security-related concerns according to company protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.

Adhere to all site-specific procedures and protocols as outlined by Allied Universal and the client.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Level III armed certification in Texas is required. CPR certification is preferred. Baton certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
