Facility does not provide this. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation). Charting BSN License to Trauma Level : Care Shift Required , BLS Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
