About Frontline Wildfire Defense

Founded in 2017 by landscape ecologist and fire mitigation expert Harry Statter, Frontline developed the first fully integrated wildfire defense system to stop the leading cause of home loss in wildfires : ember-driven ignition. These checks typically cover the past 7–10 years and may include employment and education verification . For roles that require work in the field, driving record verification is also required. Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of these background checks.

About This Opportunity

As a Senior Construction Project Manager , you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Frontline’s wildfire defense system installations at scale. You’ll oversee a growing portfolio of residential projects, ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on operations strategy, team development, and company growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction leader who thrives in dynamic environments, brings deep field and operational expertise, and is passionate about building resilient, climate-ready infrastructure.
