The HR Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal company policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid working knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Administration :
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and internal payroll policies.
Benefits Administration :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records; process provider invoices.
Compliance & Reporting :
Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits, and recommend necessary policy or process updates.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
