Employee Benefits Systems Specialist

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Systems Specialist to manage and optimize client benefit administration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own configuration and ongoing management of clients' benefit administration platforms

Lead system rebuilds during client renewals, ensuring accurate configuration of plans and workflows

Scope, design, and implement new BenAdmin systems for clients, collaborating with vendors and client teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing benefit administration platforms in a brokerage or consulting environment

Expert level understanding of Employee Navigator

Experience with additional BenAdmin systems such as ADP, Paycom, UKG, Dayforce, or Workday is a plus

Strong technical knowledge in setting up EDI feeds and supporting automation efforts

Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively
