gpac is partnering with a well-established company in the meat industry, with multiple plants across the Midwest, to find a Maintenance Superintendent for their SW Minnesota location. Position Overview : The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee a team of approximately 16 employees , including 3 supervisors , ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of plant equipment. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and reliability across the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on coolers and conveyor systems .
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the maintenance team.

Qualifications :

Shift : First shift, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 / 4 : 00 PM Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 base + extended hours pay and bonuses (potential total up to $120,000)
