Position Overview
CWT SatoTravel is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator. This senior position reports to the Vice President, Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI). The position also provides direct support to the Senior Director of Contract Administration. The Senior Director, Contract Administration will assist and / or represent the VP SBI at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Position Description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal development to contract closeout. Provide guidance and support to proposal teams during the bid and proposal process.
- Ensure compliance with all federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage contract negotiations, modifications, and amendments.
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate company interpretations of contract requirements and provisions.
- Coordinate response with internal departments and divisions on problems / questions involving controversial issues / disagreements concerning the interpretation of contract requirements.
- Research contracts and regulations to develop appropriate solutions / responses as necessary.
- Issue Contract Information Notifications (CINs).
- Ensure that correspondence is prepared to document any actions taken. Problem areas are concisely documented to provide a clear understanding of how decisions were reached and finalized, thus establishing an audit trail.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
Experience : Over 10 years of experience in federal contracting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related fields (An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).Languages : Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) : Advanced working knowledge of government contracting regulations. Prior travel management industry experience is a plus. Detail oriented.Work effectively and harmoniously with client, US government, and CWTGT personnel.Clear D&G Background & eligible to obtain / maintain US Government Security Clearance.Requires minimal supervision.Citizenship : US citizen.Work Location / Travel Requirements : Can work remote but must be in DC metropolitan area. Meet with our clients in DC area as needed.Because this position is directly with our United States Federal Government client, the United States government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen. Authorization to work in the US is not sufficient for this position. Additionally, you will be subject to a company and government background investigation including a criminal history and credit record review.
