About the Job :
You'll scan and digitize physical documents that feed into our AI systems. This is foundational work : when you scan accurately, accountants can help their clients faster. During tax season (3–4 weeks), hours increase from 20 to 30 per week
What You'll Do :
- Scan physical documents using commercial scanners
- Name and organize files according to established protocols
- Check scans for quality and completeness before upload
- Flag missing or damaged documents
- Light data entry and file movement as needed

This is an entry-level role. No accounting or tax experience required. Great for students, recent grads, or anyone who needs flexible part-time work
