PTA - LTACH / SNF needed asapFlexible M-F 8-4Facility Setting? LTACH and SNF1-2 years experienceMA lic requiredNumber of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACHFloating - YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as wellEMR for your facility : NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)Scrub colors / dress code : scrubs any colorParking Location : On site free

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Acute Care Experience : 1 year Licenses : PTA-MA Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled Experience : 1 year SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in entire work history
