[job_card.job_description]Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for unusual activity and help to deter potential issues. Monitor and report any security-related hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures for the food and beverage environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by the site. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Access Control Patrol
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity while supporting a caring and people-first culture.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
