Schedule: 8-hour shifts; holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25x; on-call not required

Highlights:

• 13-week assignment supporting inpatient and outpatient lactation services
• Provide expert assessment, treatment, consultation, and care planning for advanced lactation needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Meditech Expanse EMR strongly preferred
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts professional license (RN, OT, PT, SLP, or Pharmacist)
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification with 1+ years of experience
• Minimum 2,500 documented hours as a breastfeeding consultant
• Experience with inpatient lactation programs
• Outpatient prenatal and postpartum lactation education and consultation experience
• American Heart Association BLS certification (current)
• Board certification must be current and in hand prior to start
• Candidate must reside 50+ miles from facility
• Reliable transportation required
