Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of electrical work on complex data center construction projects . In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of electrical subcontractors, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with other trades to deliver high-performance, schedule-driven mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Field Leadership & Execution

• Direct the daily activities of electrical subcontractor, and vendors to ensure quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Manage and enforce installation plans for MV / LV distribution systems, switchgear, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure that installations meet project specifications, local codes (NEC, NFPA 70E), and owner design criteria.

Salary Transparency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $82,000 - $101,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
