Are you an experienced, detail-oriented administrative professional ready to lead and optimize operations for a high-performing real estate team? Erica Deuschle & Company is seeking a Real Estate Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support agents, including top producers handling $20M+ in sales annually.
In this pivotal role, you’ll own team processes, manage transactions from start to finish, oversee listings, and ensure agents are accountable and efficient . You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high standards, streamlining operations, and driving results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a chance to take real ownership and make a visible impact on the team’s success.
Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Responsibilities :
Transaction Coordination & Listing Management :
Handle all aspects of property listings from contract to closeEnsure all listing information is accurate in MLS and marketing platformsSchedule and coordinate showings, open houses, and inspectionsCommunicate with sellers and buyers to provide updates and guidanceCRM & Database Management :
Maintain agent and client records in the CRMTrack lead follow-ups and client communicationsGenerate reports and provide insights to management on team performanceAdministrative Support :
Screen calls, manage emails, and respond to client inquiries promptlyAssist with scheduling, calendars, and internal meetingsManage team documentation, contracts, and filesSupport onboarding of new agents and team membersTeam Operations & Process Improvement :
Ensure adherence to established workflows and processesIdentify areas for improvement and suggest solutionsHelp streamline communication and task tracking across the teamSupport team events, marketing initiatives, and client appreciation programsTechnology & Tools :
Be a resource for agents on CRM, project management tools, MLS systems, and other platformsTroubleshoot minor tech issues and assist with training on new toolsAccountability & Follow-up :
Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficientlyHold agents accountable for timely follow-ups and deliverablesProvide regular updates to Erica and Dave on operational statusQualifications :
2-3+ years of real estate transaction experienceExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-driven approachAble to work independently, own processes, and support a high-performing team while managing multiple prioritiesSuperior interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communicationHighly thorough, organized, and passionate about completing to-do listsExperienced with learning new software and teaching others, including CRM systems, project management tools, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and ensure deadlines are met efficientlyPositive, proactive “CAN and WILL DO” attitudeAbout Company
