Education :

Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or Nursing Administration, or a related field

Licensure :

Current, unencumbered RN license for California

Teaching Experience :

Minimum one year of teaching at the ADN or BSN level or higher, including course development and curriculum oversight.

Clinical Experience :

Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience as RN

Administrative / Leadership Experience :

Supervising faculty, curriculum development, program assessment / accreditation, budget oversight, policy development, and sometimes recruitment of faculty. Strong skills in evaluation, program outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Interpersonal / Leadership Skills :

Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with diverse student, faculty, and staff populations. xmcpwfu Capacity to lead program improvements and strategic planning initiatives.
